- GLGromornaise LeyDec 27, 20254.0I am a resident at The Preserve, and overall I like living here. It’s a nice, quiet community, and whenever help is needed, maintenance always responds promptly. However, guest parking is available but poorly enforced. One person uses multiple vehicles (more than three) and leaves them parked in guest spots for days at a time, making the spaces unavailable for actual guests.

Whenever an appliance breaks, we have to jump through hoops just to get it fixed. I have to be honest—it’s terrible the way people are treated. We pay for these appliances each month, and it’s frustrating to have to deal with such poor service. I wish I could say that I believe things will improve in the future, but at this point, what’s the use?

She was parked in a parking spot labeled “guest.” There were many cars parked illegally throughout the neighborhood and there was no where else to legally park. My sister was authorized to be on the property, visiting a resident. There was a sign that stated, “ overnight guests allowed 7pm to 7am” but this did not apply because she arrived on the premises after 9am and was NOT an overnight guest. Antonio, the property manager, refuses to admit his mistake and reimburse her for wrongfully towing her vehicle.
