  Very nice place to live. All of my neighbors have been friendly so far. And the manager, Brooke is great. I see her doing everything from leasing to taking out the trash. Whatever we're paying her isn't enough! Nice pool and amenities. We really enjoy the upper patio area too. Highly recommend!

  I toured the property with Ana on 2/25 as a walk-in, and the experience was uncomfortable and unprofessional from beginning to end. When i arrived, Ana was holding the door partially closed and appeared reluctant to assist another individual who was simply asking for directions. She briefly acknowledged me, dismissed the other woman, and told her to return later. After taking my ID and writing down my information, Ana left my ID out in the open while we went on the tour, which was concerning. During this time, two other women arrived for a scheduled 10:30 AM tour. Ana was dismissive toward them as well, telling them she would be back soon and that they could "do as they please." Throughout the tour, Ana made several inappropriate and unprofessional comments. She shared personal opinions about the shower heads, including an unnecessary remark about how "white" people shower and clean themselves, which was completely inappropriate. She also made unsolicited comments about children "destroying a woman's life" and suggested I would soon be able to "live again" once my children went to school, after asking who would be moving in. These statements were uncomfortable and crossed professional boundaries. Additionally, Ana spoke negatively about other properties and made unprofessional comments about people who worked there when 1 mentioned other communities I was considering. I let Ana know that I wanted my husband to tour the property as well, and she said she would follow up. I never received any communication afterward. Overall, this was a very awkward and disappointing experience that did not reflect the level of professionalism i would expect during a property tour

  Our Experience at The Imprerial Crossing has been amazing, from our first visit to tour the apartment with Anna to the application process with Brooke and Anna, to our moving date, both Anna and Brooke made sure we felt comfortable and were very responsive to all our questions, in our moving date Anna was waiting for us and explained everything we need to know, thank you Brooke and Anna for making a stressful time easy and comfortable.

  The community is beautiful, and the amenities are great. The work orders are always completed in a timely manner. The only issues we have had is the elevator is constantly out of order and the gates are open overnight on more than a few occasions.
