- PSphillips solarisDec 29, 20254.0The community is beautiful, and the amenities are great. The work orders are always completed in a timely manner. The only issues we have had is the elevator is constantly out of order and the gates are open overnight on more than a few occasions.

It’s a clean, organized, smoke-free, pet-friendly community, where we truly feel at home. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming, and it’s easy to make friendships. The facilities are top notch, and we feel like we live in a resort. And having a plaza right next to us, with a Publix, nice stores and restaurants is such a great convenience.
