He was persistent, but not pushy, and ultimately helped us feel confident in our decision to build our new home. Our construction manager, Christopher Lopez-Burnside, has been excellent along the way! He kept us informed along the whole construction process and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He was professional, thorough, and committed to addressing any issues that he or we saw arise throughout the construction process. We are excited to make Bonita Del Sol our new home and are so appreciative of these individuals we had to help make this a smooth process!

- MSMeredith SmithSep 29, 20251.0We put our life savings down on this house only for mold to take over our health and drain us financially. The air ducting was not sealed causing mold. Our third party has also stated the mold trusses were installed this way which should have never happened in between our floors. We have been sick, including my nonverbal autistic daughter, about 30 days after moving in. They "remediated" it after we moved out only to be told it was clear and move back in to a smelly mold filled house. It is not being taken seriously. Our house has been dismantled for months. Now we are being ignored as there is still toxic visable mold per new report. We are forced to live in a house wearing masks. Pulte has not reimbursed us and has not brought a competent new crew on site for a second round.
