  Michael and is team were absolutely fantastic in getting my Mortgage in place. There were some complexities in my application and he and his team worked through them very well and I ended up with a great result. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Michael was so helpful and efficient, with a great team, he guided me through a rough situation. I was able to refinance and clear up my high interest credit card debts. Although my mortgage interest rate is a bit higher now, it’s a viable solution for me. I can control the future much better.

They truly went above and beyond for us - working tirelessly, even through weekends and holidays, to get us into our home as quickly as possible. They are proactive, responsive, and completely on it every step of the way. Their dedication and commitment did not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful to have found such an incredible team.   My husband and I want to share our outstanding extraordinary experience with Choice Mortgage, specifically, the power couple Michael & Andi Kodsi! We have never dealt with such a wonderful kind over the top power team!! They are the most down to earth, generous, kind, knowledgeable, understanding, couple we have ever met. My husband heard about Michael on a radio show WIOD, while listening to Rush Limbaugh. Although he has never met Michael, Michael has always treated him with such kindness and respect. I did have the pleasure of meeting Michael. He is tall, dark, handsome, knowledgeable beyond belief, a wizard at numbers and very, very patient. He was so very courteous, He was very attentive he wanted to make sure that I had everything I needed and also told me if I had concerns, to call anytime day or night and he would make absolute certain that I got it right away. When we had questions, if they didn’t have the answers, they researched it until they found the answer, night and day. There wasn’t any question that was ridiculous or out of reach ! We thought they would be finished when the closing came; not this couple! They were still there, right beside us for closing. When the last page was initialed and signed. Andi took photographs of my husband and I with memorabilia noting starting a new chapter, new memories! WAIT That’s not all after that, both Andi and Michael offered their services even further and she offered to help me decorate my house if I wanted her to and Michael offered to help with anything he could any questions that my husband had all he had to do was give Michael a call same with Andi to me . I’m telling you I couldn’t get a better experience then again maybe if I was in heaven! Thank you, Michael so much you are the epitome of the best!!!!! Choice mortgage definitely has a number one asset in you!!! I also want to thank you Andi you guys both are the best One power couple power team!!!
