Total scam!! Do not do it!! We have been completely lied to every step of the way. First lied to about how and when we could use our points and then lied to about being able to cancel (rescind) the points we purchased. Then on top of all that, we purchased 9,000 for a sampler for $1,495. The same resort, exact dates, and room was $991 on Expedia. Total SCAM and extremely poor customer service with the "supervisor" hanging up on me. Worst experience ever. At least we learned with just a sampler. I feel terrible for others that get locked in to an actual timeshare.
BlueGreen’s compliance wants to have the sole discretion over what is commercial use of your timeshare or personal use of your timeshare. There are currently about 500 owners who are web blocked. They are guilty of following BlueGreen’s sales advice about renting out points and were later web block by compliance and not allowed to use the premier waitlist or premier friends and family bonus time along with other benefits. The worse part is no access to any BlueGreen website. This also increases costs of bonus time and other benefits. I hope Hilton see how unfairly the approximate 500 owners are being treated and we get online access back again

We are deeply disappointed with our experience with Bluegreen Vacations. My husband and I were lured in by an enticing vacation offer, then we were bombarded by their orchestrated sales tactics, pressuring to us to purchase their timeshare and ignoring us when we said no. They’re basically promising the world, but it turns out to be anything but the truth. We've been stuck with rising maintenance fees and promises that never came to fruition. The worst part is Bluegreen's refusal to take accountability for the misinformation and tactics their sales team employed. This need to cancel our ownership isn't just about us; our daughter had a life-altering health episode after our agreement to purchase the timeshare, and we now face immense financial and emotional burdens. We are now the sole care takers for our 30 year old daughter after she had a traumatic brain injury and is now permanately blind. The medical bills and ongoing treatment costs leave no extra money for a vacation membership. We desperately need to cancel this timeshare to focus on her care, which we explained to then. Bluegreen's indifference to our situation and refusal to do the right thing by canceling our contract is appalling. I hope this review helps others avoid the same disappointment and life-altering strain as we are experiencing.

HORRIBLE experience with the sale of a vacation. I was driving on an emergency trip and needed a hotel reservation. After that reservation was made they immediately pushed a sale for a "free" trip if I attend a time-share pitch. So WHILE I was driving and talking hands-free on phone I was NOT told about "No Dogs". Now I have a vacation I can't use.... Thanks for the deceptive selling tactics. I would say "shame on you" but I bet you have none....

Biggest problem with bluegreen is their Salesforce. I was in sales for years and that isn't how you sell. They will make you think they are your best friend and say whatever they need to to make a sale. If you don't buy points and upgrade they will rush you out the back door. Their whole sales force needs to be restructured and retrained. Until then they ought to be shut down. Their sales force is souring the whole company.
