  Best decision I made by doing my refinancing with Choice Mortgage. Michael and his team are very helpful and professional. They stay on top of things until completion. Anyone I come across that will need any mortgage service, I will be recommending Choice Mortgage. What CEO of any mortgage company answers the phone himself ? no one, except for Michael, he does, and he was always available during the my refinancing process. I can't give them more stars because google max at 5

  The deal on my property was DEAD with ten(10) days till closing! My broker wouldn't return my calls😫 I'm in a panic. I call Michael Kodsi on GOOD FRIDAY at 4:30! To his credit, Michael only said "send me what you have and I will look at it". (It's EASTER WEEKEND) By that Monday he was well on his way to saving my deal! I closed early as a matter of fact! Trust Michael and his team. They perform miracles! There is more than one Choice Mortgage in Boca Raton. Make sure you ask for Michael Kodsi when you call!! You will not be disappointed 😉

  Mr. Kodsi and his team provided a fast, streamlined process that solved my needs in a very professional manner. Mr. Kodsi was always in communication throughout the entire process and did not just hand it off to his staff. His staff and the title/closing company were excellent to work with. All my questions were responded to immediately and they were flexible, with a "can do" attitude. My thanks to all!

  We recently completed our second refinance with Michael Kodsi and the team at Choice Mortgage, and once again, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Choosing them over the “big box” lenders was absolutely the right decision. Michael and his team were able to tailor our loan in ways that larger lenders simply weren’t willing to do, which made a big difference. While there are still some hoops to jump through, it’s clear that going through that process helps secure the best possible outcome—and ultimately the best rate. Michael and Ginger were both extremely helpful, and the process involved minimal back-and-forth, which we really appreciated.
