  I have used Babcock Peace of Mind Home Watch for three years and they have been excellent. They are thorough and methodical checking the whole house and its components inside and outside. Always checking furnace filters and checking for mail are but two of numerous tasks they perform. Their reporting is excellent and they happily follow up on requests that come along. They are professional, courteous, reasonably priced and just nice people. You will feel peace of mind having them as your home watch. I highly recommend them.

  We have used Babcock Peace of Mind for two seasons. Their service is professional. The report which follows a home visit is comprehensive and complete. I would highly recommend their home watch service.

  I’ve used Pat and Cheryl’s service for about a year now. You will not find more thorough, conscientious folks. The reports are sent the same day as the service and any concerns are indicated. The power went out in my home between services and once the power came back on, I couldn’t get a read of the temperature on my app. I was afraid the AC was down. One call to Pat and he was over there checking on it for me. They are the nicest folks and I trust them explicitly.

  Highly recommend Pat and Cheryl for their home watch services. Name (Babcock Peace of Mind) says it all. You can take a chance going it alone to save money, but you're taking chances doing so. For example there may be pest infestations that greet you when you return from a long off season (which Pat was able to alert me to and I called the exterminator), neighbor water leaks, etc. They are budget friendly, well worth the modest cost for getting that peace of mind!
