- ABAbraham BenensonDec 29, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this PNC branch. I arrived before another customer and was clearly waiting my turn. Despite this, the branch manager ignored the order of arrival and took the other customer who came AFTER me. When I questioned this unfair treatment, the manager became dismissive instead of apologizing or correcting the mistake. The situation escalated only because the manager refused to acknowledge their error. This is not how a professional bank should operate. Basic customer service means respecting the queue and treating clients fairly, which clearly did not happen here. I’ve been a customer expecting professionalism, not favoritism or poor management decisions. I will seriously reconsider banking with PNC if this is the standard of service.
