Relax in any of our four swimming pools and cook a few burgers on our nearby grills for your friends or family. If you are a fitness enthusiast, you might like to play a game on our tennis court or get a workout at our fully equipped fitness center. All Camden Aventura residents are given exclusive access to reserve tennis courts and enroll in city-sponsored recreation programs. The Aventura City of Excellence School is an award-winning school that was ranked in the top 10 of all schools in Florida. Children who live in Aventura are given admission preference and the grade cap ensures the school will never be overcrowded. The Florida International University: Biscayne Bay Campus is approximately 5 miles from our apartment community. Our community is pet-friendly so bring your four-legged friends to our private off-leash dog park to have fun! We welcome cats and dogs, up to 3 pets per apartment home, with no weight limit.
