Every issue that we addressed was responded to immediately and followed up on to make sure that we were satisfied. Anderson Diaz truly went above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful to him. - JMJuliana MayAug 19, 20255.0My experience buying a home in Avalon Park with Pulte was very positive from start to finish: from signing the contract and building process to mortgage and closing. I was nervous about possible surprises — like delays, unexpected cost changes, or unfinished work — but the process was smoother than expected. Not only was our home ready on time, it was actually completed 12 days ahead of the earliest estimated date. Mortgage approval was ready right on time with the house completion, and everything worked seamlessly with the title. What I appreciated also was that the entire process — from applications to updates on the house and closing — was handled online. Thanks to our general construction manager, Cody, we were kept updated on major milestones and always knew where things stood. During pre-closing orientation, a cracked shower door was found. It was clear the shower door couldn’t be replaced within just three days before move-in, and I was worried it might never get done. But General construction manager stayed on it and made sure it was taken care of within weeks after we moved in. We’ve also been advised to submit a couple of small post-closing items to the warranty team, and one electrical issue we reported was resolved within a week through the online scheduling system — that process was easy and reassuring. Another thing I appreciated was that the house was clean and ready at move-in. There wasn’t leftover construction waste or debris — no special post-construction cleaning needed, which made moving in much easier. Having mortgage, title, and insurance all in one place also saved us time and reduced the stress of coordinating different companies. Overall, the experience was straightforward, and we’re glad we waited a few months for our new home — it was worth it. We hope this level of work and responsiveness continues with warranty service, HOA support, and the long-term quality of the house
