- CWCandra WinstonApr 2, 20265.0I am currently having a home built in this community by Ryan Homes. I can’t say enough about Evelyn Santos- sales associate and Kimberly Lugo- project manager. Evelyn was patient in showing us all the homes and explaining every aspect of the products available. She was thorough and always available to answer all questions and still is. Kimberly, recently reassigned,built our home from the ground all the way through the drywall installation. She worked around our schedules and was flexible in meeting with us and our private home inspector. Kimberly was always professional and explained every detail and part of the process. She kept us updated with photos and phone calls. We were not pleased that she was reassigned because she made us very comfortable and possessed great integrity. Even our inspector was highly pleased and impressed with the quality of the home she has built for us. These two ladies are stellar and have made this process smooth and pleasant. I will follow up with another review when we have completed the process. Definitely worth making a visit!
