  Rick Buckner and Rico Rolon both went above and beyond through the whole process. Would absolutely recommend them both! It has been an absolute pleasure working with them both. They both made the buying and move in process an absolute joy along with it being an easy experience. Went from inquiring about the community to sold within 3 weeks.

  STAY FAR AWAY. Dealing with Toll Brothers has been a nightmare and utterly exhausting. There are plenty of new builds in the area to choose from. They do anything and everything but fix their errors. Once they force you to close on a house, forget about getting anything fixed. The complete opposite of a “luxury” builder. Such a shame.

  If there is a 0 star believe me I put it here I normally don’t write reviews, but what happened to my family with Toll Brothers and Toll Brothers Mortgage has been devastating, and people need to be warned. They leaved us homeless with 3 kids and a pregnancy . And that happend to us in the project HAVEN OAKS but I wanna share with everyone, in every project that there are try to stole people money like they do. From the very beginning in September 2024, we were led to believe that we were fully approved and qualified. Based on that, we moved forward in good faith and trusted their process. We gave them an enormous amount of money—over $85,000 in deposits, including $50,000 just for the design center—money that took us years of sacrifice to save, all with the dream of giving our children a stable home. Throughout 2025, we continuously provided every document they asked for. Every time we thought we were finally close to closing, they came back with more and more requests—many of them unreasonable and unnecessary, especially considering we were told from the start that we were already approved. This went on for months, creating stress, uncertainty, and emotional exhaustion for my entire family. By July 2025, after months of back-and-forth and false assurances, they still refused to close, always coming up with “one more thing.” Then, without any real warning or resolution, they left us without a home. My family and my children are now literally without housing after trusting this company. What makes this even worse is that the same home we were under contract to purchase for around $900,000 was later put back on the market for $750,000—after they kept our deposit. That is extremely suspicious and feels completely unethical. We feel misled, taken advantage of, and financially devastated. This experience has been heartbreaking. No family should have to go through something like this after doing everything they were asked to do. They leaved us homeless with 3 kids and a pregnancy . And also they don’t give us time to Looking for our own financing. Please be very careful when dealing with Toll Brothers and Toll Brothers Mortgage. Based on our experience, there seems to be a serious lack of transparency and accountability between both entities. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before trusting them with your time, your money, and your family’s future.

  We recently purchased a home here at The Oaks and I'd like to recognize Rick Buckner for his professionalism, expertise, customer service, and his follow-up even after the purchase was finalized which is very rare (most people just kind of drop off after a sale is finalize) but not Rick! he has always been there and is still there. From beginning to end, he always made sure to answer my texts and calls in a timely manner, even as we were still browsing and deciding, he took his time to send me pictures and videos and to run numbers for me as well as never gave us false hope when it came to how realistic it was for us to purchase the home we purchased. He made sure every week (even when we were still in the approval process) he would send us a video of any updates on the home, always ended his texts with "if you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out" which I really appreciated as well because it made us feel that we were always kept in the loop and that we could approach him with any questions no matter how ridiculous we thought the questions were, he always made us feel like we could truly ask him anything. Rick also went out of his way to follow up with other people involved in the mortgage process when I didn't hear back in a timely manner. I think it's so important during the home-buying process to work with someone who is consistent, genuine, and also realistic when it comes to the entire process which is what I most appreciate from Rick. I work in the field of human emotions and this process brings up a lot of emotions so it was very important for my family and I to work with someone who was also human (if you know what I mean) someone who also understands the anxiety that comes with it all and is also able to connect with that by sharing their own experience. He knows his stuff well and can back it up with facts and experience. This was a smooth and easy process for us and we love our new home and the community as well. If you are looking to purchase, Rick is your guy! I would also like to commend our construction manager Leo. He was new to us when we were in the buying process (he replaced someone else) and has also been very gracious and understanding, but on top of it all, he went above and beyond in many ways for us and we have really enjoyed working with him too. Though I would say there were some things (as it always is with new construction) that we needed fixing, they have been on top of it and Leo has a warm personality that is very easy to talk to!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience with Toll Brothers at Kelly Park. Rick and Ricco were awesome to work with—very responsive, helpful, and easy to reach whenever we had questions. The process went smoothly and we’re really happy with our new home. Highly recommend working with this team.
