Five stars feels insulting, honestly. If Google would let me rate Ellen and Eliza somewhere between “legendary” and “possibly supernatural,” I would. My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ellen and Eliza during our Ryan Homes build, and I can say without exaggeration that these two are rare, mystical creatures. True unicorns. Possibly government experiments in customer service excellence. Maybe enchanted. Hard to say. Going into this process, I expected the usual stress, confusion, minor panic, and at least one moment where I would stare into the void wondering why humans ever decided to build houses in the first place. Instead, somehow, the entire process was smooth, organized, and weirdly calm. Suspiciously calm. Ellen operated like a crisis management wizard in a fabulous pink hard hat. If something went wrong, I never had time to spiral because by the time Ellen called, she already had a plan, a backup plan, and probably a third plan just for fun. She never brought us problems without solutions. It was like having a homebuilding bodyguard, project manager, and therapist all rolled into one extremely competent person. Every Friday update made us feel informed, involved, and reassured that everything was moving exactly the way it needed to. She made us feel like VIPs instead of people nervously watching a house come out of the ground. And then there’s Eliza, who genuinely needs to be studied in a lab for her sales ability. She was my last stop after a long day of house shopping, and at that point I was mentally done. Building a home was not on my radar. I was basically there to say, “Yep, looked at it, checked the box, let’s move on.” Somehow, in what I can only describe as elite-level persuasion mixed with a touch of tasteful witchcraft, I went from “absolutely not” to writing a check and starting the process. I still don’t fully understand what happened. One minute I was tired and skeptical, the next minute I was financially committed and weirdly excited about floor plans. She is either wildly talented or has access to ancient sales runes. Maybe both. Together, Ellen and Eliza are like the Avengers of homebuilding, if the Avengers answered emails, solved problems before they became problems, and made you feel good about spending a massive amount of money. They made the whole experience feel easy, fun, and far less chaotic than it had any business being. My wife and I truly loved working with them and actually looked forward to the updates, which is not a sentence I expected to say during a homebuilding process. If Ryan Homes has more people like Ellen and Eliza, somebody needs to start checking the water in that office, because whatever is going on there is not normal. We are incredibly grateful for them and could not have asked for a better team

I had a great experience throughout the entire process and really appreciated the support from both Ellen and Eliza. Ellen, my project manager, was incredibly responsive, always kept me updated, and made everything feel smooth and manageable. She was calm, professional, and also fun to work with, which made a big difference!! Eliza was also wonderful throughout the process. She was always willing to answer questions and made everything feel easy and straightforward from start to finish. Both of them were helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone going through this process. 🙂 11/10

Ellen the project manager is amazing. She informed us of everything that was going on and sent us pictures with the progress. My 1 big complaint is Stephanie, our sales representative. From the beginning we told her the lot needs to be big enough for a pool, she pushed for us to get a lot and now after trying to get an estimate for a pool, well, it would be a very small pool and not a normal size since the lot is so small. They said we would have to ask for approval with the city to We’d have to ask for approval with the city for what now for the pool and see about getting A variant which of course would cost more money and the city can still possibly say no. We r not happy about this issue at all.

We recently had our new home built by Ryan Homes, and the experience was fantastic. From start to finish, the process was smooth, organized, and stress-free, thanks to our incredible project managers, Ellen and Ken. Ellen consistently communicated with us, kept us updated, and answered all our questions promptly. Ken’s attention to detail and craftsmanship were evident throughout the build, ensuring every aspect met the highest standards. Both were professional, approachable, and truly cared about delivering a home we would love. We are thrilled with the final result and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Ryan Homes exceeded our expectations.
