Abbey was in constant communication with us during the sales/contract process as well as timely answering all of our questions during the entire build process about utility setup etc and the closing process in general. Courtney, at the design studio, helped us make wise design choices. Alexandra, our construction manager, kept us updated with weekly progress reports and diligently responded to any concern or questions we had during the build process. We hired a third party inspector for pre-drywall as well as pre-closing inspection and he also gave positive remarks overall with mostly minor issues that were resolved prior to closing. Let us hope the warranty department will be just as good and I will continue to update this review as time progresses.
