We recently purchased a home here at The Oaks and I'd like to recognize Rick Buckner for his professionalism, expertise, customer service, and his follow-up even after the purchase was finalized which is very rare (most people just kind of drop off after a sale is finalize) but not Rick! he has always been there and is still there. From beginning to end, he always made sure to answer my texts and calls in a timely manner, even as we were still browsing and deciding, he took his time to send me pictures and videos and to run numbers for me as well as never gave us false hope when it came to how realistic it was for us to purchase the home we purchased. He made sure every week (even when we were still in the approval process) he would send us a video of any updates on the home, always ended his texts with "if you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out" which I really appreciated as well because it made us feel that we were always kept in the loop and that we could approach him with any questions no matter how ridiculous we thought the questions were, he always made us feel like we could truly ask him anything. Rick also went out of his way to follow up with other people involved in the mortgage process when I didn't hear back in a timely manner. I think it's so important during the home-buying process to work with someone who is consistent, genuine, and also realistic when it comes to the entire process which is what I most appreciate from Rick. I work in the field of human emotions and this process brings up a lot of emotions so it was very important for my family and I to work with someone who was also human (if you know what I mean) someone who also understands the anxiety that comes with it all and is also able to connect with that by sharing their own experience. He knows his stuff well and can back it up with facts and experience. This was a smooth and easy process for us and we love our new home and the community as well. If you are looking to purchase, Rick is your guy!
I would also like to commend our construction manager Leo. He was new to us when we were in the buying process (he replaced someone else) and has also been very gracious and understanding, but on top of it all, he went above and beyond in many ways for us and we have really enjoyed working with him too. Though I would say there were some things (as it always is with new construction) that we needed fixing, they have been on top of it and Leo has a warm personality that is very easy to talk to!

Great experience with Toll Brothers at Kelly Park. Rick and Ricco were awesome to work with—very responsive, helpful, and easy to reach whenever we had questions. The process went smoothly and we’re really happy with our new home. Highly recommend working with this team.

I cannot rave enough about my experience buying here!
Rick and Alan (sales + construction manager) have gone above and beyond for my family in ways you couldn’t imagine. We closed a month ago and they still call me to check up and see if we need anything. The level of service is far beyond the scope of any job - it’s because they truly care.
Our home is absolutely incredible and the community is filled with kind people. I’ve never felt more welcome!
If you’re looking for a great community with high levels of luxury, good people, and a team that will give you the best level of care- this is the one.

Deeply Disappointed by Unprofessional Conduct at The Oaks at Kelly Park
I recently visited The Oaks at Kelly Park community and was treated in an unprofessional and discriminatory manner by the sales consultants on site.
When I entered, one consultant (Emily Ventura) greeted me politely, but the male consultant nearby immediately closed his door and gave me a disgusted look. I ignored it and proceeded to tour the homes.
When I returned to the office, I overheard both consultants mocking me. The male consultant asked, “Is she gone?” The female replied, “Yes,” and the male said, “I saw something…” The female added, “Stinky,” and the male continued, “Looks like she haven’t been showered in days.”
To my shock, they didn’t realize I was standing right there. The look on the Emily’s face when she saw me was proof enough.
This was an embarrassing and upsetting experience, especially coming from a company as large as Toll Brothers. It’s disheartening to see that such behavior still happens in 2025. I hope Toll Brothers reviews this location’s staff and ensures their representatives treat all potential buyers with the respect and dignity they deserve.
