  From the very beginning, my project manager Ellen was absolutely amazing. From day one, she kept me informed and involved throughout the entire process. Every Friday, I received photos showing the progress and anything new that had been completed, which gave me so much peace of mind. She consistently kept me updated, provided a settlement date, and was spot on accurate. My walkthrough was even scheduled one day earlier than expected, and everything was completed up to standard. Any questions I had were answered right away, or she followed up quickly during the building stage, including my periodic visits and checkups. She truly went above and beyond. She walked me through the process step by step, and even after closing, she was still available to answer questions. During my walkthrough, anything that needed attention was handled promptly, and I received emailed updates with photos within three to five days before moving in. To top it all off, after I moved in she even set up my water sprinkler navigation and sent me a video explaining exactly how to use it. That level of care and detail meant so much to me, especially during a busy move. She is truly amazing, professional, and supportive. I could not have asked for a better experience or a better builder.

  Our experience with Ryan Homes and the team at Parkview Preserve has been outstanding. Our home was recently completed. We’ve been thrilled with the communication from the team at Ryan Homes. Gavin and Ken our project managers were amazing with communication and support through the build and beyond. I also can’t say enough about Stephanie our salesperson - she was terrific and helped our family throughout the process.

  We recently completed our new build and working with our project manager Ken Brown was truly one of the best parts of the entire experience. From the very first meeting to the final walkthrough, his professionalism, communication skills and genuine commitment to quality stood out in every phase of the build. This is our 2nd home built by Ryan Homes and his guidance and steady oversight made the entire process feel far less stressful than the first. I highly recommend them for your new build.

  Purchased a home a year ago with Ryan Homes. Jim Hegarty was our Project Manager, he did an exceptional job along our construction process maintaining us informed and always had our questions answered in a timely manner. Till this day Jim still responds to our questions and has guided us in every step of the way! Thank you Jim for being professional always, you’re the Best! After a yr Gage was also exceptional in getting any warranty work scheduled promptly and in a timely manner. Thank you both for delivering great customer service and satisfaction.
