  We had a wonderful experience with Ryan Homes and our project managers Ellen and Eliza. Our home was completed less than the projected 120 days. The weekly updates on the progress of the construction was also very helpful; it made us feel confident that the structure is built within prescribed codes and standards. We feel the team is has responded to our concerns on a timely and responsible manner.

  We recently had our new home built by Ryan Homes, and the experience was fantastic. From start to finish, the process was smooth, organized, and stress-free, thanks to our incredible project managers, Ellen and Ken. Ellen consistently communicated with us, kept us updated, and answered all our questions promptly. Ken’s attention to detail and craftsmanship were evident throughout the build, ensuring every aspect met the highest standards. Both were professional, approachable, and truly cared about delivering a home we would love. We are thrilled with the final result and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Ryan Homes exceeded our expectations.

  Ellen was just wonderful as our builder. She was so attentive and helped this process feel so enjoyable. She was also so personable and communicative that it kept our minds at ease.

  Recently bought a house in parkview preserve. During the building process we make it exceptionally clear our sod needs to be healthy and growing. Before closing we walk the property and find the yard was over watered and drowned. We were promised it would be fixed and here we are over a month later, the company is now acting that the grass is dormant while there are bare spots all over the yard, not growing at all. We have one of the largest lots in the community and will cost us thousands of dollars to replace this grass. The company told us *it’s poor quality sod*, so if you know it’s poor quality, why would you lay it down, knowing it’s going to be dead and cause issues! This is absolutely ridiculous, you don’t sell a house for over 500k and give them *a starter lawn* And to top it off, they also never laid down about a foot of sod going down my entire property line because they didn’t measure properly or review the survey, we found this out once our fence was installed. If you look at our neighbors grass, it’s green and growing, ours is dead! Will be filing complaints with the BBB, and continue to go up the ladder until we have a resolution.

  I can’t say enough about this entire process and how pleased my wife and I were with Brian and Gavin and their top tier customer service. From our very first interaction until our final walkthrough, there wasn’t a time where we felt out of the loop or in the dark about our home build. Gavin gave such great service, that it felt like we were on site with him. He was consistent in weekly updates with photos and informing us on what was going on as well as what was coming up the following week. This was by far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. And during our final walkthrough, the quality of the home matched the quality of the service. We’re excited to be in a Ryan Home!
