Pulte made the process simple. Jarod the construction manager delivered on all of our requests and concerns. This is my first "new house". I hope it holds up. seems to be solidly built, guess I'll find out in the next 10 years or so.

Only speak with Derek in the sales office at Pulte, he was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE from start to finish. We had a million questions as first time home buyers and he was spot on every single time! Made the stressful moments of buying a home exciting!! ED Soto.. also incredible VERY VERY knowledgeable!!! Great team and 100% would recommend them to friends and family looking to buy a home!!!

I would suggest NOT buying here unless the HOA changes there rules regarding visiting family members. My husband & I were down here for 4 days with my 1 year old son visiting my parents who own a house in the development. I went down to the pool with my dad for an hour, we both signed in and after we got home my husband & I decided to head back down during naptime to use the gym. I signed in,spoke to the Same woman at the desk and within 10minutes she can upstairs to the gym to ask me to leave because she said I was a visiting guest & the HOA rules state that the member/owner has to be with the guest at town hall at all times. This is obsurd, my parents bought here for the sole reason to bring my sisters, our husbands & children down. They were sitting at the house with my son and the woman at the desk had just spoke to me with my dad.
ADDED 2/18/20 to the woman who asked me to have my parents contact about the specific situation. it still has not been resolved. they have contacted multiple people and apparently there are multiple similar situations that have occurred with other residents! again I strongly discourage buying here unless there is something figured out....FOR EXAMPLE a liability waiver.
