- PIPatrick F. InfanteMar 9, 20261.0Buyer beware. There is no access control, the gates are always open 7a-6p M-F. Anyone can enter. There have been incidents with strange cars and suspicious people. We've had a first hand account of such an incident. Also, the pool is not heated. So if you're looking to use the amenity center pool during the winter months, the water is too cold to go in the pool. And, no, the developer told me that they are not working on heating the pool because they are still selling houses.

Very Professional and a salesperson with no drama. Straight to the point and clear. Would recommend to deal with him if you like clear and straight forward interaction with salespersons.
