I rarely leave reviews, but I need to share my experience so others are fully informed before moving here. I encourage anyone considering this property to carefully read all reviews and take them seriously.
Daniela in the leasing office is amazing—professional, kind, and helpful. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end.
There is a ROACH INFESTATION THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. I lived in Building 6, and this was not an isolated issue. I have received emails from management about treating other units, and I am aware of another tenant who also had to break their lease due to the infestation.
The roaches were everywhere—bathroom, kitchen, living areas, and cabinets. ROACHES IN THE HEADBOARD. The situation became so severe that despite pest control treatments, it never improved. It escalated to the point where I had no choice but to leave.
I lived here for 3 years, but during the past 6 months the infestation worsened significantly. I was ultimately forced to break my lease with 6 months remaining, place my belongings in storage, temporarily move in with family, and throw away nearly every piece of furniture due to contamination.
Because of these circumstances and the abrupt nature of having to leave due to uninhabitable conditions, I do not believe I should be responsible for early lease termination penalties.
Under Florida law, landlords are required to maintain safe and sanitary living conditions, and this property failed to meet that standard despite repeated notice and pest control efforts.
I strongly encourage anyone considering living here to take these experiences seriously before making a decision.
