  decent apartments but there’s a lady who works in the office who’s extremely rude, unhelpful, and off-putting. She clearly hates her job. Not a good look for future residents who want to live here.

  The Crest At Altamonte Apartments has and Incredible Leasing Team and Maintenance Team!!! The Property Manager Jessica is Absolutely Amazing with her two Phenomenal Leasing Agents Ariel and Blaine who are always very professional, knowledgeable, and know how to stay focus and engage when it comes to important issues with residents concerns and needs. The Property Maintenance Manager Enrique and his team are Absolutely Phenomenal being very professional and knowledgeable, fixing maintenance issues, and addressing concerns that residents have. My husband and I have been residents here since February 2018 almost 9 years. I have to be completed honest and say this is the best teams I've seen in all the years living here.
