  I’ve had a really positive experience with the new management so far, especially with Evelyn and Chris. They’ve been very responsive and on top of things when it comes to work orders and addressing minor issues, which makes a big difference. I also really appreciate the events they organize for the kids in the neighborhood it shows they care about building a sense of community. It’s clear they’re making a genuine effort to maintain the property and keep it a safe, welcoming environment for both kids and adults. One suggestion I’d love to see in the future would be adding a small park or improving the pool area with umbrellas and chairs to make it more comfortable and enjoyable for residents. Overall, I’m happy with the direction things are going and look forward to seeing continued improvements.

  My husband just toured this complex today and he was very disappointed. I had originally requested this tour a week prior to today in hopes to find our family a new place to rent. When he arrived the leasing agent was not aware of the tour, and did not have an available unit to show that was clean. They showed him a unit that had duct tape on the screen and other issues that had not been addressed. On top of giving him the price for rent she had written multiple fees that were just outrageous, $500 per pet is crazy for what was shown to him. It's safe to say we can take this complex off our list.

  Staff was friendly overall, at first was being told to come back later. Not having units to show when an appointment was scheduled is a turn off. Was glad of Evelyn making it happen so I dod not have to come back. The 2 bdrm I looked at was decent size. I would say the kitchen was tight. The price was gouged however thats everywhere

  Normally I am a person who moves every year or every other year. I have been living here for nearly 5 years now, and I honestly have no complaints about my experience. Other than a little frequent turnover of staff at one or two points, my living experience has been great. Minimal maintenance issues, and when I do need something, I can expect a 24-48 hour turnaround (shoutout to Christian!). Great location, and close to everything I need!
