  John Velez it's freaking awesome every time I have a problem he works on it ASAP to get my problem resolved never have a problem whatsoever. Prime example at 5:00 p.m. notice that my AC was not working by 8:00 p.m. it was fixed. Thank you so so much !

  Tuve una excelente experiencia, desde el inicio destacaron por su comunicación clara y constante, siempre disponibles para responder cualquier duda. El proceso fue muy rápido y eficiente, lo cual hizo todo mucho más sencillo y sin estrés. Además, estuvieron pendientes en cada etapa, brindando una guía completa y apoyo en todo momento. Sin duda, los recomiendo por su profesionalismo y compromiso con el cliente.

  This is the worse experience that I’ve been through I applied in the beginning of the month for a property that within 24 hours they would’ve had let me know if I have got approved or not today’s day and it’s April 17 and I have to be out next week. Still no response from the application only response that I got from them was that my background came back with an issue!!! And it’s crazy because I’ve been renting from other properties and none of them properties ever had an issue to rent me a property never all of a sudden progress residential has an issue with my background check again if I would’ve known that, they were gonna take this long I would’ve never apply with them!!!!!!! And they lucky they get one star cause I don’t wanna give no stars

  I needed my toilet fixed after it was broken and Xavier was an angel sent! My home was flooding at 1am and he called and walked me through how to stop the water, came and helped me clean the bathroom. Then the next day came and installed the toilet so professionally and with care. I’m so grateful for him and his knowledge! Thank you Xavier!

  Sometimes it feels as though you can plan and prepare for a move and still feel flustered by unexpected hiccups and hurdles. In my many years of life and planning a move, I have NEVER had such an easy-breezy, smooth-sailing experience as I had with Progress Residential. From start to finish the experience was unmatched. The BIGGEST shoutout to Jackson the Resident Experience Coordinator who was an A+ professional, quick to respond to inquiries and was patient and kind and gave customer service an entirely new meaning and experience. Hands down, best experience and engagement ever.
