  ⭐️ UNACCEPTABLE CONDITIONS & COMPLETE MISMANAGEMENT ⭐️ I have lived in this complex for four years, and this is hands down the worst management I have ever dealt with. My air conditioning does NOT work and has not cooled properly for months. I have been reporting this issue since December, and maintenance has come four separate times without fixing the problem. Despite December being a cooler month, my electric bill was $200, which clearly indicates a serious system malfunction. The property manager, Daniela, is unresponsive, unaccountable, and ineffective. Messages go unanswered, and there is absolutely no follow-through. After repeated complaints, I received an email stating that the AC unit might be replaced — with no timeline provided. Meanwhile, I am left living in unbearable heat for days, including weekends. This is unacceptable and shows complete disregard for tenants’ well-being. I pay my rent on time every single month, yet when management is required to uphold their basic responsibilities, they fail entirely. Maintenance is incompetent, and management is a total disaster. I am counting down the days until my lease ends so I can leave this place. ❌ DO NOT RENT HERE — save yourself the stress and frustration. ❌

  Over half of the outdoor lights are burned out. This is very dangerous for those of that work well into the night.

  Completely DISRESPECTFUL and disgusting in the way they handled people who they’ve done WRONG! HOW do you send me the leases and a CONGRATULATIONS email TAKE MY MONEY, then I get an email stating that I got denied and not want to give it back!!! You did your JOB WRONG!
