  Able to finally move into my home thanks to Progress Residential. Worked with Jorge and he so polite, professional and so great with getting back to me right away if I had a question. I definitely recommended this company to anyone looking for a home in Davenport.

  Giving you one star otherwise I won’t be able to leave a comment. You should be embarrassed of being online and calling yourself a real estate and property management property. You made me go through an entire application process, paid my deposit, my applications fees, HOA application fees, sign contracts within 24 hours as you always requested. So 3 business days before of my move in date you tell me the property I was going to live in was sold. I have no place to go, you made me waste my time and money and insurance policy payment!!!! Shame on you, I hope everyone sees this post and decide to go with another company before you! I am very disappointed, frustrated, anxious and mad. Can’t believe I trusted you! And can’t believe your level of dishonesty and lack of empathy. You cannot do this to people and just say I am sorry, we will return your money like nothing else! Sit for a moment and reflect on what you’ve done.

  Adam Fuller has been assisting us with issues relating to the Water and Sewer being elevated on our rent. He was communicative through the whole process and took care of my concerns as they came up. Though the issue is still not resolved, Adam has been doing everything in his power to get this figured out. Very pleased with the level of customer service he has provided.

  I do not recommend to rent with this company. Yeah, they may take your money and find you a property but once you are in it forget about it. I have been trying to get an issue resolved for 2 weeks already. I call customer service and they have the authority to do nothing but write notes. I had been waiting for a call from someone assigned to my case and got nothing. Also waiting for a call from a supervisor or manager to help resolve my case and nothing. I’ve been told if you don’t receive a call then call us back in 2-3 hours. I did that for them to tell me I see the notes I will add your concerns again and someone will reach you. I’m still waiting and this is the most frustrating thing ever. They are very unresponsive.
