  Edgar showed up on short notice, didn't have the parts needed on his truck to fix an issue with our A/C but said he would be back first thing the next morning, on a Saturday, to get it taken care. Sure thing Edgar was there first thing and had the motor and capacitor fixed quick and we were back up and running.

Siempre es profesional, eficiente y dedicado a asegurarse de que los residentes reciban la atención que necesitan, y hubo una experiencia en particular que realmente nos marcó. Cuando mi esposo acababa de someterse a una cirugía de rodilla, se nos rompió el pasamanos y se convirtió en un problema serio de seguridad. Llamé a Progress Residential y José vino ese mismo día. Inmediatamente creó una orden de trabajo, realizó la reparación rápidamente y se aseguró de que todo quedara seguro antes de irse. Su rápida respuesta y la atención que mostró hacia nuestra situación significaron mucho para nuestra familia. Cada interacción que hemos tenido con José ha sido consistentemente positiva.   I want to recognize Jose for the outstanding service he consistently provides. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. Every time he comes out to handle a repair, he works efficiently without ever compromising quality. He explains what he’s doing, answers questions clearly, and makes sure the job is done right the first time. Jose also shows great attention to detail and takes pride in his work, which really stands out. He’s respectful, punctual, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is functioning properly before he leaves. Having someone as skilled and reliable as Jose makes a huge difference, and I truly appreciate the level of care he puts into every visit.

  I was a past resident at one of progress residential properties, 1024 Old Magnolia Cove Dr, Apopka, Fl - moved out on the 21st of September. Between the 21st of September and the 21st of October I called and confirmed my forwarding address 4 different times and even had them email me confirmation that my check was sent out because they do not provide you with tracking or any form of notification. October 28th, receive an email that my check was returned to office asking me to confirm my forwarding address. Customer Service could not help and said they do not even see the return on their end or the reason to it, they only see my calls. Asked me to email moveoutstatement - which I did, providing them with the dates I called to confirm my forwarding address and asked them to call me and to expedite my mail and to provide the documented reason of this return. Of course, no response or acknowledgement of receipt. This absolute negligence of your previous tenants is unacceptable, unethical and extremely disappointing for tenants that have a flawless record during their residency. I will continue to share my experience and further report this to the appropriate agencies until my issue is resolved expeditiously. I sincerely hope this is addressed with the standard promised upon move-in and lease signage.
