  Don't do business with this company!!!!! We have had a water leak for over a month, and they have completely failed to handle the situation responsibly. They refuse to relocate us or provide a hotel, even though the house has been unlivable due to constant humidity. They started breaking the floor of the house without allowing us to move out or remove our belongings first. As a result, our furniture, computers, and clothes are covered in dust. This is unacceptable. We have dogs and a newborn baby, yet they still allowed construction and heavy machinery to continue inside the home. We also work from home, and it has been impossible to work due to the noise from the machines. Living in these conditions for a month is unsafe, unhealthy, and shows a total lack of care for tenants. Extremely disappointed and stressed by this experience. Run from this company!

  I love progress residential. They are one of the best companies that you can rent a property from. They do not hassle you and that's what I like about them. Also like that the properties don't require much maintenance, especially if you're a clean person. The only thing I disagree with this company is the use of their credit reporting. Third party company called Esusu because they have affected my credit score and it kept me at a low score and I've been renting from my property for 3 years so I don't understand why my credit score is at a low score it's not making sense. I contact the company Esusu and I am not getting any good results even with providing proof from my ledger. Rent has been paid on time for 3 years. It's driving me nuts. I would like for them not to continue utilizing their services because they're not helping my credit score reporting through them. But other than that I love progress residential. They have the best customer service agents and they're very patient and polite.

  New progress resident here and cannot say enough about the technician who came to our home. I wish I could request him exclusively. He set the standard high for any progress interaction. He was professional, conscientious and thorough. He addressed every concern and several times shared his commitment to ensuring our home was as comfortable as he would want his own home to be. He cared for all maintenance needs and his communication was clear about the status today, next steps, etc. we greatly appreciate you, Cesar!!

  Pesimo servicio, hice una aplicación, antes de iniciar llame al costumer service , pregunte sobre los requisitos quedando todo claro hice la aplicación, me cobraron 110$ y dos días después me dicen que no pueden hacerme la verificación porque agregué mi cuenta de empresa, a pesar que yo había consultado antes de iniciarla y con eso proceden a cancelar mi solicitud perdiendo así mi dinero por la mala información. No quiero creer que hacen esto con el fin de quedarse con unos cuantos dólares de la aplicación. No lo recomiendo.

  Bedlet Jean-Baptiste saved the day coming through in the clutch with bases loaded bottom of the 9th inning with 2 outs hitting a grand slam ✨ thank you for you help my man and saving our water heater issues now we can enjoy having hot water again. Mr Bedlet was very professional precise and efficient rebuilding our 50 gal electric water heater super humble guy @progressresidential give this man a raise lol he deserves it i couldn’t be any happier with his service performance ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
