    Jose Ferreira is the absolute best maintenance man ever. He’s friendly, helpful and shows me how to install things. Ordered a new water filter and was delivered the same day. Fixed the dirty air vent, cleaned it like it was for his own daughters. Showed me how to change the air filter in the home. My toddler loves to see his truck coming and his friendly smile upon entering. Thank you so much again!

    I had a terrible move-in experience and ongoing issues with this management company that have yet to be resolved. Communication from the very beginning was extremely poor. The move-in process dragged on for over 30 days, leaving me without a home during that time. Despite this delay, they refused to refund my money, forcing me to wait and remain displaced for an entire month, which caused significant stress and hardship. When I was finally able to move in, the home was left dirty and clearly not properly prepared for a new tenant. This was disappointing and unacceptable. Even more concerning is an electrical issue in the master bedroom that I have reported multiple times over the past several months. Despite repeated maintenance requests, this issue has still not been resolved, showing a lack of urgency and concern for tenant safety. To make matters worse, I was accused of having an unauthorized dog on the property. This accusation is false. My son, who attends college, visits occasionally and brings his dog for short stays. Rather than communicating professionally or verifying the situation, management made accusations that added unnecessary stress. Overall, this company has shown a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and little accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend renting from them.

    Jose Riverra was amazing. Came home at midnight to NO heat. So I got online to get a tech out to the house but in the notes I asked to please have someone the in the morning cause my house was at 43 degrees and I didn’t want to wait till Thursday. So they did they came at 8:40 in the morning and got my house up and going. Just in time for the next cold front. Thank you sir for rearranging your schedule. Super nice guy. Very professional and very good.

    This would be 0 stars if I could. We were denied after applying because their third-party income verification company (Pay Score) did not accurately pull our income. It only captured 7 days of income, not even a full month, which completely misrepresented our financial situation. We earn over $7,000 per month, and our credit, background, and income all qualify. What’s most frustrating is the lack of willingness to help or resolve the issue. We were told “it is what it is” with no exceptions, even though our bank institutions do not allow this third-party service to access full income data. To make matters worse, we personally know someone who applied with this same company and was allowed to upload pay stubs, while we were denied that option. That inconsistency is extremely unprofessional and concerning. If you’re considering renting here, be very careful. If their third-party system doesn’t pull your information correctly, you may be denied with no opportunity to correct it, no matter how qualified you are.

    Please do not rent with this company. They are extremely unprofessional. I spoke with Mr. Adam, who identified himself as a senior supervisor, regarding the end of my lease. Since I do not owe anything on my account, I simply asked if I could move out after cleaning the home and taking photos. From the beginning of the conversation, Mr. Adam was very rude and had a strong attitude toward me. I had to stop him multiple times and clearly state that I would not tolerate being spoken to disrespectfully, especially when I was communicating calmly and professionally. He continued with the same behavior as if my concerns did not matter. Due to his lack of professionalism and customer service, I informed him that I would be leaving a review and escalating the matter to his supervisor, as customer service should be a priority at all times. I have always paid my rent on time, often months in advance, and this was my first year leasing with Progress. Despite being a responsible tenant, this experience has ensured that I will never rent with this company again. I will also strongly advise my family and friends to avoid renting with them as well.
