  My experience with Central Park Apartments has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. After paying over $280 for the application, I spent weeks going back and forth with the office, only to be given inaccurate information, contradictory explanations, and zero accountability. First, they claimed I had “no tradelines” on my credit report, which was completely false. My credit is nearly 800, and all three major bureaus confirmed everything was in perfect standing. Then they changed their story and said I had “credit score issues,” which was also untrue. After that, they told me I needed a cosigner — again, not accurate — and even claimed my income was too low, despite me clearly meeting their requirements. Every time I tried to clarify, the explanation shifted. It felt like a wild goose chase designed to stall or deflect. Communication was another major issue. The staff was rude, dismissive, and extremely difficult to reach. Their system had constant issues, and instead of acknowledging that, they repeatedly blamed me. Meanwhile, I was left waiting for weeks with no clear answers, making it nearly impossible to plan my move. After all their delays, they suddenly told me I had less than 24 hours to secure a move‑in date — completely unreasonable after the weeks of waiting they caused. And despite all the misinformation and wasted time, they refused to refund my application fee. This entire process has been stressful, disorganized, and handled with no professionalism or transparency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend applying here.

  This is the worst place we have ever lived in. This place is infested with cockroaches. The pest control is extremely superficial and useless. The manager and her team never accept responsibility for anything and are utterly incompetent. Please don't live here. I lived here for a year, and it was the worst year of my life because of the cockroaches. The cockroaches were inside the refrigerator, the appliances, the clothes, my baby's bottles—everywhere! We spent days and nights cleaning and trying to exterminate the cockroaches, but the entire building was teeming with this pest. We are very clean people, but no one who lives here escapes living surrounded by cockroaches. Run away from here and find a clean and nice place to live, this is not!

  Place is fullllll of roaches. Pest control is feeding them. Pest control just gives us these traps and don’t even take care of the problem. The mold growing inside the apartment is insane that even before a pipe burst into our home, our shoes were molding. Front office is trash and trash company is even worse. They barely pick up trash. GET YOUR OWN RENTERS INSURANCE !!!!! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT COVER ANY PERSONAL BELONGINGS IF DAMAGE HAPPENS TO YOUR PLACE !!!!! This place is absolute garbage

  Terry and Jermaine were absolutely amazing maintenance workers and quick and efficient and got done exactly what we needed and did everything they could to help.

  Can't even have some lights on the balcony/patio without a possible $25 fine. These strict rules remind me of living in Army barracks and the roaches everywhere really add to it. Running some trash apartment like a 5 star condominium. Apartment was trashed when I moved in. Entire property is constantly falling apart. Black mold coming out of cracks in the walls. Car getting messed up in the parking lot by maintenance blowing concrete and rocks at it. NONE of the amenities are good. Carwash has been out since like the 2nd month I lived here and was never fixed. Computer room has never been operetional in the almost 1.5 years I've been here. Pool is constantly closing down, and they even lock up the deck around it even though it makes walking off the property an absolute chore. Gym is disgusting and run down, the freaking floor is crusty. This place geniunely has me losing my shi sometimes. AT LEAST just let us live in peace, fining us for a bike or a light on the damn balcony. Owners are neglectful to this place and delusional with how they run it.
