The way they keep the grounds of this apartment complex is awful layers of leaves everywhere. They other day they laid mulch in flower bed on top of leaves and just let the rest go. I pay a very high rent and they only take care of the grounds where the new residents can see. Also, the pool is always dirty black dirt around the edges. Very disappointing and the rent goes up and up!
This is, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a residential complex.
This is the second time my AC has broken, and the only time I received any assistance before was when I had to physically go to the office and create a scene just to be taken seriously. Now, it has happened again — and this time it’s even worse.
My apartment has been sitting at 80 degrees, completely unacceptable living conditions, especially in Florida.
I have:
• Called multiple times — no answer
• Sent emails — ignored
• Submitted requests through the resident portal — no action
All messages are being redirected to the manager’s assistant, who I already spoke to in person earlier this week, and still nothing has been done.
To make matters worse:
• The maintenance request shows “in progress” for 5 days
• I even spoke directly with maintenance staff — and still no resolution
This is pure negligence.
It’s extremely frustrating to be a tenant who pays rent on time, avoids any issues or penalties, and yet when you actually need support, you are completely ignored.
The only person who seems capable of resolving anything is the manager — but reaching them is nearly impossible, and the assistant does absolutely nothing to help.
This is not just poor service — it’s a complete lack of respect for residents.
I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic living conditions and responsive management.

My experience with Central Park Apartments has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. After paying over $280 for the application, I spent weeks going back and forth with the office, only to be given inaccurate information, contradictory explanations, and zero accountability.
First, they claimed I had “no tradelines” on my credit report, which was completely false. My credit is nearly 800, and all three major bureaus confirmed everything was in perfect standing. Then they changed their story and said I had “credit score issues,” which was also untrue. After that, they told me I needed a cosigner — again, not accurate — and even claimed my income was too low, despite me clearly meeting their requirements. Every time I tried to clarify, the explanation shifted. It felt like a wild goose chase designed to stall or deflect.
Communication was another major issue. The staff was rude, dismissive, and extremely difficult to reach. Their system had constant issues, and instead of acknowledging that, they repeatedly blamed me. Meanwhile, I was left waiting for weeks with no clear answers, making it nearly impossible to plan my move.
After all their delays, they suddenly told me I had less than 24 hours to secure a move‑in date — completely unreasonable after the weeks of waiting they caused. And despite all the misinformation and wasted time, they refused to refund my application fee.
This entire process has been stressful, disorganized, and handled with no professionalism or transparency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend applying here.
Place is fullllll of roaches. Pest control is feeding them. Pest control just gives us these traps and don’t even take care of the problem. The mold growing inside the apartment is insane that even before a pipe burst into our home, our shoes were molding. Front office is trash and trash company is even worse. They barely pick up trash. GET YOUR OWN RENTERS INSURANCE !!!!! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT COVER ANY PERSONAL BELONGINGS IF DAMAGE HAPPENS TO YOUR PLACE !!!!! This place is absolute garbage
