  The complex is small with friendly neighbors. Tim takes care of issues as they come up. Jo is super helpful.

  We lived there for many years. Our problems started when the new administration entered. They misplaced one of our money orders and tried to charge us again. Since we kept a hard copy of every payment, we could prove that our payment had been made. It took them a month and a half to fix a clogged sink for us and our next door neighbors since the system connects. The apartment where we were living had a leakage on one of the exterior walls that we reported several times and it was never fixed. A bad experience to deal with the new administration.

  Era un lugar bueno para vivir y accesible pero a partir de la llegada de nuevos propietarios complicaron todo asta lo mas importante que es el pago de la renta. La oficina en general cerrada un problema que tengas y no te atienden a tiempo.
