  I’ve lived here for about 10 months, and this place is an absolute dump. We dealt with nonstop bathroom pipe leaks, constant marijuana smells throughout the building, and rodents living in the walls and pipes. Parking is a complete nightmare. Rent increases year to year are outrageous, and winter makes everything worse. When it snows, the lots are barely cleared, and if you come home late, you will be forced to park several buildings away. Tenants are regularly outside in the snow shoveling around their own cars just to get in or out, which should never happen and is entirely management’s responsibility. Management clearly does not care about basic living conditions, yet they had no problem refusing to waive the early termination fee when we tried to leave despite all of these issues. Do not live here. This place is poorly managed, overpriced for what it is, and well below acceptable living standards. Save yourself the stress and find literally anywhere else.

  Era un lugar bueno para vivir y accesible pero a partir de la llegada de nuevos propietarios complicaron todo asta lo mas importante que es el pago de la renta. La oficina en general cerrada un problema que tengas y no te atienden a tiempo.
