  Mark Adcock is a passionate Realtor; I have known him for over fifteen years. I made a lot of referrals to him in light of his excellent job and human relations. I'll do business with him again.

  Me and 18 other students of the University of Delaware rented a house on campus from Mark Adcock. Despite being in the same fraternity as us, Mr. Adcock evicted all of us 6 weeks before school started because he got a better offer from someone else. If Mr. Adcock is doing something like this to students of his own fraternity I am sure he does not refrain from doing the same or worse to people that he has no relation to. If you have a choice I highly recommend not to do any business with Mark Adcock since he is only looking for his own benefit.

  I had a great experience! Mr. Adcock is a great agent. I liked that he knew what I wanted. There was a point where I was getting frustrated and was going to settle for a house and he reminded me what was important to me and encouraged me to take my time. I would definitely recommend him. I have been at my house for over 2 years and still love it!
