  I have now worked with Peter to purchase a home and sell our old home. I could not be any happier with the services provided. He went above and beyond, all while keeping us up to date and juggling constantly changes parts. He is knowledgeable, aggressive without being pushy, all while trying to meet his clients where they are. 5 stars, and yes, when we decide our next home upgrade- we will be calling Peter.

  My daughter recommended Jenn Barrows, as she sold my daughter’s condo in Rehoboth. She was instrumental in helping us choose an amount for the sale of our condo in Lewes, Delaware. She was always there to answer questions and her team was very helpful with any paperwork to make it a smooth transition. We highly recommend Barrows and Associates.

  Jenn Barrows and Barrows & Associates were wonderful. I had great experience at all levels. Their guidance was clear and on-target. The pictures, videos, websites were all outstanding. They really know the markets and were able to show my house at its best. I sold my Rehoboth Beach house in record time. They also were just a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

  We were really pleased with the recent sale of our home in Rehoboth Beach, DE by Jenn Barrows and her team. Jenn had a good marketing strategy for a not-too-hot market, and the photos of the property really showed it off well. We ended up receiving more than recent comparable sales, and we were pleased to get above the asking price. Indeed, we got multiple offers in a short space of time.
