  If I could give zero stars I would. Have lived here since 2022 and it's been a nightmare. I've been begging them for months to do something about the excessive dust in my apartment because I am asthmatic and incredibly allergic to it. Previous and current roommates have had similar issues. Management constantly refuses to take accountability and decides to blame all issues on residents. The recent snow storm has also revealed they do not prioritize keeping the property accessible, and are willing to go as far as to punish tenants who face unfair barriers due to that lack of maintaining accessibility. The only good thing about this place are the maintenance staff, they always do their best to help whenever management isn't busy blaming residents for their crappy apartment buildings having problems. Btw I wouldn't believe any 5 star reviews on here, they constantly entice residents into leaving them as entries for gift card and other prize raffles.

  • I live here and this place has been a great part of my daily life • It is very close to the University of Delaware • There are shuttles that take you to and from class which is very helpful • The staff is always friendly and respectful • The environment feels safe and welcoming • The property is clean and well maintained • There is a great gym with good equipment • There are fun on site activities that help build community • Communication from management is clear and helpful • I feel comfortable and happy living here • I would recommend this place to other students and residents 10/10. This my second stint here

  I absolutely love living at the Waverly. I live in one of the cottages, and it’s super nice and well maintained. The staff at the Waverly are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met they’re always smiling and genuinely helpful. Anytime we’ve had an issue, it’s been fixed within a day. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it.

  I’ve lived here since June and absolutely love it! The staff is so welcoming and kind and maintenance is easy to get ahold of when necessary. All the amenities are awesome and my roommates and I love the resident events each month!
