  I lived her since November. I give a huge thanks to Hannah in the front office. She a very detailed and professional person. I appreciate the time she took to explain the process and made it a smooth transition for my move. So far so good. Very quite no loud neighbors everyone is respectful. It feels like a home comfy and plenty of sunlight that I love!

  I am coming up on my year anniversary here and I got to say the incompetence is unparalleled. Short version is nothing works, repair response is limited and mgmt does not care. Long version is i started with a broken washer/dryer and despite stressing how important in unit laundry was before even moving in they made little effort to repair. After almost 6 months I got a new washer but still have the same dryer. I have to "dry" 3-4 times still. In June I was informed that they had decommissioned my ac unit before I moved in october. Did not get a new on until September. The apartment above me flooded and leaked into my kitchen. None of the water damage was fixed, only a new light was put on. Speaking of water damage almost my whole apartment had mold from day 1. Water is seaping into the walls of the bedroom. Ive come home with utilities turned off multiple times without any email notice but they will cover your door with flyers when it comes to any event they are holding. There are vents in the hallway so any heating or cooling leaves the apartment. If not through the vent than through the walls. Seriously in the winter my outlet feels like its blowing ac. Nothing has been done to make up for any of the problems ive had, other than they refunded people after double charging utilities. The price and location are attractive but in reality its not worth it

  My experience at Liberty Pointe was great! Jo in the office was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a kind, thorough manner. She was very friendly and put my concerns at ease.

  This review is to the wonderful maintenance men. They are so hardworking and kind. Especially (Chuck?) if that’s correct name . The tall bold man with the beard! Thank you for your hard work it’s never unnoticed.
