Although due to changes I ended up not having to move and not buying a home. I would still like to detail the above excellent experience I had with Kraig. He went above and beyond to assist me in finding renting and selling options for my current home. He also took the time to sit with me in person and on the phone, traveling to different locations based on my availability all to ensure that I could find and design a home that met my exact needs. Kraig is very knowledgeable and took the time to find all price savings that were available to me. I want to say that customer service is one thing I expect to be great when making purchases, especially one as large as a home. Well I can say that Kraig exemplifies the very best standards that are above and beyond what I have ever received in the home buying process. I would recommend him and trust him with every home purchase I would have to make.
