He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining every aspect of the home and the buying process. No question ever felt too small, and he always made time to ensure we felt fully informed and comfortable. The brand-new homes he showed us were quite reasonable and thoughtfully designed with a smart layout and came impressively well-equipped, including many features that are often considered optional—at no extra cost. His professionalism, transparency, and genuine care made the experience very positive, and I truly appreciated his non-pushy and respectful approach. If I decide to revisit buying in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him and Ryan Homes again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smooth and supportive home-buying experience.
