- LMLillian MitchellDec 17, 20245.0We recently moved to Crossings at Silver Lake. Because this development is a “new build”, it was quite a lengthy process and I’m sure our anticipation and anxiety in moving into our new home had a lot to do with it seeming to take so long. The one individual who made the process easier was our Project Manager, Matt Prang. This man was”ON IT.! What I mean is … he returned all calls, he answered all questions, on a weekly basis he sent us photos of the progress of our home from the ground up (without missing a week). Even after we moved into our home, if we called him with any issue, he would make sure it was handled and follow-up to make certain we didn’t need anything further. I know that contacted him a lot, but he never made me feel like I was a bother ( even though I felt like I was). In addition to Matt being professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, he is personable and very friendly. He is the type of person who makes sure that all his T’s are crossed and I’s are dotted. (I secretly think he’s a perfectionist!). At any rate, my husband and I have thanked God for Matt Prang on many more than one occasion. He is definitely a “stress eliminator!” Ryan Homes is lucky - - no, blessed to have Matt Prang on their payroll. In fact, give him a raise … he deserves it!
