- JBJulie Blake4 days ago5.0Nikki Gough was our Sales Representative at Compass point and we were so pleased with all she did for us as we planned out the home we wanted and needed. Meeting her in person was like a dream, she was so warm, friendly and professional we were at ease from the beginning. We quickly started working on what we’d like in our home and walked away from our first meeting with good plans. She would touch base with us periodically and was so helpful and always eager to answer any questions. Her responses were both timely and encouraging as we worked to get closer to making our decision. Her enthusiasm and willingness to do whatever it took to make us comfortable were amazing. She started our process with Ryan Homes in Compass Point off to a great start and she continues to be available if we need anything. We are so thankful for Nikki.

From the start, she was so warm and friendly and made us feel welcome. Her knowledge and expertise of walking us through choosing what a house might look like made it all so pleasant. We left our first meeting with her feeling excited and encouraged. She would reach out to us regularly asking if we had questions and keeping us up to date with what was happening in the deveopment. When we began whittling it down to what we needed and wanted she was very helpful and truly did whatever she could to help us make the best decisions for us. We could not ask for better and are so grateful we met with her to begin this process.

Drew was so thorough with our weekly updates and sent us pictures/videos! He walked us through our house build each step of the way! Laura has been patient with us with helping our daughter get her mortgage together! We are in our home and our daughter moves next door to us in December! Ryan homes has always been the choice for our families! They build a quality affordable house that we love to come home to!

A+ They are willing to fix things within the first year and offer a paint redo within the first 11 months. Nicole was so nice to work with! This community is peaceful and has a gym, splash pad for kids, and a nice pool with swim up chairs. It has a resort-like feel to it.

Then we went in the model home and met Nikki. What a wonderful representative for your company. She was courteous, professional very well educated on every aspect of the property. Unfortunately, we're not able to do business with her at this time, but we hope that in the very near future will be able to come back to compass point and make our dream home a reality.
