  I cannot say enough great things about working with Brian. Between his wealth of expertise, professionalism, honesty, and prompt responsiveness, he made purchasing a home incredibly smooth and easy. What is ordinarily a daunting and stressful task was made almost effortless on our part. He helped my wife and me purchase our first home in North Wilmington this past fall, and it was obvious that he genuinely cared about our home search and wanted us to find our ideal home. We reached out to Brian day or night with requests and it did not matter to him; he was "on it" immediately. Being able to find the perfect realtor is rare, and we were extremely fortunate to have worked with Brian during the process. We actually miss our quest because of our ability to work with him on a regular basis. I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend him to friends and family.

  I cannot express how Brian’s expertise and willingness to jump in helped in the process of selling my condo recently. He truly could not have done more and the result was positive. The condo was not in great shape due to a bad rental experience. Brian used his contacts to help me get it ready for market in short order. His network of contractors did excellent work also, which says a lot about Brian’s integrity and ability to work with others. Brian’s advice and counsel was always sound and made me feel confident in moving forward. Brian got me a full offer in 3 days on the market, and because of him we closed about 3 weeks later. I highly recommend Brian as a very diligent professional. It made for a great experience.

  During the fast paced 2021 market, Brian Ferreira and The Ferreira Group were top notch with helping me purchase a home. Brian was extremely responsive and flexible, meeting me sometimes within an hour’s request, knowing how quickly homes were being pulled off the market. On the rare occasion Brian was unavailable, he ensured a teammate could meet me to view a house. He understood my price point and came up with creative proposals that balanced the aggressive sellers’ advantage and actual value of a property. At frustrating points of the process, I was asking to see properties I know did not fit my needs, and Brian provided sound advice that helped me see through the frustration. I had complete confidence and trust in him and his team. I’d HIGHLY recommend him and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell.
