Kathy was very helpful and so nice as we moved through the buying process. She even recalled a story I told about my father and left us a token of that story in our new home. So thoughtful! Our PM Chris kept us informed of the construction progress each week, sending weekly video updates and answering our questions along the way. Any time we had a concern or question, Chris was on it! He was great! We recently settled and love the home! As we moved through the mortgage and settlement process our loan officer Jen Funke was very helpful and the process was easy to navigate. Settlement took 15 minutes! The house is gorgeous and the community at the Estuary is amazing. The neighbors are friendly, there’s so much to do and hey, we’re only a shuttle ride away from the beach!
