He was so kind and so knowledgeable, with Extreme attention to details!! By the time he had finished the walk-through, I had absolutely no questions because he had answered everything that I could possibly think of for my new home. The walk-through was for a home that I purchased at The Landings at Bayside in Berlin, Maryland. I would highly recommend to the company to use Will as your walk-through person. Very, very detailed, thank you, Jerrie Louck.

From the start, working with Kathy Jacobs has made the process smooth—she was knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cared about everything we wanted in our next forever home😉. The community itself is fantastic, with great amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. The location is another huge plus—being so close to the beach is a dream! The home design options were impressive, and the value NVR offered compared to other builders made our decision an easy one. We love getting video updates from our Project Manager, Chris Truitt since we are in NY and cannot be at the site to see the progress. He has been amazing to work with and is so thorough with his recaps. We are excited to be part of this community and can’t wait to move in!
