  I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience with Clayton Homes. From the very beginning, the staff provided exceptional service, professionalism, and support that truly exceeded my expectations. They took the time to explain every step of the process, kept us updated on the construction timeline of our home, and made sure we understood the warranty process in detail. What impressed me most was their consistent follow-up to ensure there were no issues and their proactive communication about upcoming inspections. This level of care and attention gave me complete confidence throughout the journey. I’ll admit, I once had a negative view of mobile homes, but Clayton Homes completely changed that perspective. Thanks to their outstanding team and the quality of their work, I am now very happy and proud to own my manufactured home. I will definitely refer anyone searching for a new home to Clayton Homes. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and professionalism is second to none. Thank you, Clayton Homes, for making this such a positive and rewarding experience!

  Outstanding Experience with Clayton Homes of Dover! We couldn't be more pleased with our experience working with Clayton Homes of Dover. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make our home buying process smooth and enjoyable. General Manager Mickie is an absolute gem — not only is she highly professional, but she’s also truly compassionate and attentive to her customers' needs. Her phone is always on, and she's always ready to help, no matter the time or day. That level of dedication is rare and truly appreciated. A special thank you as well to John and Heather for their excellent support and teamwork throughout the process. Everyone we interacted with made us feel valued and taken care of. We’re thrilled with our new home and look forward to continued relationships and future builds with the Clayton team.   I had the best experience with the people at Clayton homes. Mitchell and Mickie went out of their way to make sure we felt at ease preparing for our future home. We walked the homes on site. We asked a lot of questions and got all the answers. Next time you are looking for a home go to Clayton. We love our new home we picked out. We will recommend Clayton homes in Dover to all our friends.

  Terrible experience after buying at least 6-7 homes from Mickie Hughes she has now ghosted us regarding issues / titles. DO NOT RECOMMEND this location or Clayton Homes in general.
