  I am having a great experience with Oakwood Homes in Delmar, Delaware. My salesperson, Angel, is truly awesome! She has excellent communication skills and is always helpful and honest throughout the entire process. One thing I really appreciate is the weekly emails that keep me updated on how everything is going. That level of communication makes the home‑buying process so much less stressful and shows how much they care about their customers. I am very thankful for the support and professionalism I have received, and I will always recommend Oakwood Homes in Delmar to my family and friends.   The process of building a modular home on the Eastern Shore of Virginia can be difficult, especially when it comes to communication and timely updates. That said, I reached out to Oakwood of Delmar to make sure they could meet our needs. From the very beginning, Angel demonstrated professionalism, strong communication, and exceptional responsiveness, even while still growing into new her role. Those qualities made a challenging process much more manageable. I also had the opportunity to work with Wendy, who assisted Angel with different aspects of the deal. She clearly shared the same commitment to customer service and made it evident that the customer always comes first. If you are questioning where to go or are looking for a builder, look no further.
