    I stopped here after visiting Oakwood Homes and learned so much from June! She took the time to ensure my MH property was eligible for a trade-in toward a new manufactured structure. I really appreciate her schooling me on this process. June also mentioned they host open houses every Saturdays. (Apr, 4, 2026)

    I drove 2 hours to view their homes yesterday . Arrived at 425pm to find the sales office closed. Talk about angry!

    We told the saleslady we wanted to buy really soon. Gave her 2 different models we wanted prices on. She took all our info. Promised to get back to us ASAP. She even found a model we didn't know about and I told her it was perfect. Never heard from her again. This isn't the first time we were pretty much ignored/dismissed by this place. We are done. We are now working with Clayton in pokomoke Maryland
