  I apologize for the late review as this was intended to be submitted a week or two ago. This review is on the work and professionalism of Mr. Joe Wright as it pertains to his support to the Inlet Cove Community. Joe’s performance to date has not been perfect and I know that L&N has received multiple communications from residents and even a board member requesting Joe’s removal or replacement. It is my opinion that it would be a failure on L&N’s part to react to these comments without making an attempt to see the entire picture. I don’t believe that Joe is solely at fault, we the Inlet Cove HOA BOD to include corporate L&N have a piece of the blame as well, again in my opinion. From the Inlet Cove HOA BOD perspective we have consensus and believe that with better communication with Joe and improved expectation management all around, we can successfully move forward. I personally have a very good working relationship with Mr. Wright and believe the issues that have come up recently can be overcome. I have personally reached out to L&N leadership to communicate my standpoint only to get an automatic reply with no ther response to additional emails.   Legum & Norman has been managing our community (Arlington Court Condominium) in the last couple of years and they are doing a great job. I served as vice president of the board last year and am now the president, and I would like to say that they provided us with an excellent community manager (Joe Alfonso-Wright) who has been with us for the last year and goes above and beyond serving our community! We are very happy to have him and hope he will stay with us for a long time.

  We have lived in the community for 15 yrs and have seen a few changes in our HOA. Management has always been pretty responsive but Kim is our favorite. She has always gone above and beyond for any of our needs and is always responsive pretty quickly. She is thorough but in an easy manner that makes any dealings that much easier.

  The management here is friendly and responsive but the services covered are poor to middling. They use round up to kill weeds often changing the times and with poor communication with residents. Plus it’s poison outlawed many places and shouldn’t be used at all. The plantings are not beautiful, mostly meager and non flowering. I used to live in Rossmore leisure world and they had wonderful plantings and deer screens on beds. The trash service is limited to far less than an average reston household receives, tho you claim to have unsurpassed service. We are expected to dispose of a lot of the trash categories ourselves. To your credit our resident manager is a caring and sensible person, hence friendly and responsive, but the services provided are not good.
