  I hope that this is the correct setting for this specific feedback, but if not, then I will gladly share this information in the appropriate forum upon notification. I simply want to comment on the superior services that I have received from Legum & Norman Realty Inc.; more specifically, the invaluable assistance rendered me by a Ms. Tammie Cunningham, Community Manager, Parkside Residential, Maryland. Ms. Cunningham’s professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to assist me with a particular homeowners association (HOA) matter pertaining to the unfortunate weather damage to my residential is beyond reproach. She was well-versed and graciously assisted with this matter by providing helpful guidance in the way of applicable resources (i.e., governing rules and policies) relevant to my specific situation. Ms. Cunningham tirelessly responded to my numerous inquiries and requests, and all in timely fashion (e.g., within 24-hours). Undoubtedly, the success of my endeavor was directly contingent on the excellent services that she specifically provided. Thank you.

  Legum & Norman has been managing our community (Arlington Court Condominium) in the last couple of years and they are doing a great job. I served as vice president of the board last year and am now the president, and I would like to say that they provided us with an excellent community manager (Joe Alfonso-Wright) who has been with us for the last year and goes above and beyond serving our community! We are very happy to have him and hope he will stay with us for a long time.

  On Friday, February 16, 2024 at 4:30 pm I went to Greg Roby our General Manager at Fairlington Villages. I am running for the BoD, and desperately needed maps to show the boundaries for all 6 of our Wards. February 17,18 was the weekend for our campaign flyers to be distributed over the entire neighborhood. With a smile, Greg eagerly helped me and my friend (this was my second time asking for his assistance that day).He offered to print plats of each Ward. He asked me to look at the plat on his computer to be sure I could read the document before it was printed. Greg went above and beyond to be sure my friend and I could read the maps easily and understood where the boundaries were before we left his office. Without Greg's kind assistance, my weekend could have been disastrous. The volunteers who assisted me with the distribution of my flyers all remarked at how easy it was to read the maps.   The management here is friendly and responsive but the services covered are poor to middling. They use round up to kill weeds often changing the times and with poor communication with residents. Plus it’s poison outlawed many places and shouldn’t be used at all. The plantings are not beautiful, mostly meager and non flowering. I used to live in Rossmore leisure world and they had wonderful plantings and deer screens on beds. The trash service is limited to far less than an average reston household receives, tho you claim to have unsurpassed service. We are expected to dispose of a lot of the trash categories ourselves. To your credit our resident manager is a caring and sensible person, hence friendly and responsive, but the services provided are not good.

  Without having Fatima Laatour I don't even know what I could do. Fatima is an intelligent, attentive, quick person, and above all patient with people like us, the elderly. Thanks to Fátima, we were able to register on the Legum&Norman Reality website and it was she who taught us how to put a note on the rent of our apartment. We hope to see Fatima promoted because she really has the capacity for it and a special charisma to serve people who "were born and raised without a computer.
