The leasing consultant who answered the phone on 4/14 (I didn’t catch his name) was extremely rude and sarcastic. I called to inquire about an A21D floor plan that shows one available online, but instead of providing helpful information, he directed me back to the website. The listing only shows one available with no additional details, so I was calling for clarification. When I asked, he responded in a dismissive manner and simply said that if it shows available, then it’s available without offering any further assistance.

Two stars…. and that’s only because the actual building is solid. But let’s be real: paying $4,000 a month and coming home every day to an apartment filled with cigarette smoke is completely unacceptable. This has been going on for six months. Six. Months. What makes it insult upon injury is it's not only my apartment, Many of my Nieghbors and friends in the building have complained about the same problem!! Management has either failed to take it seriously or simply has no ability to fix it. Even after making it clear that my child is asthmatic and negatively impacted by the smoke, nothing meaningful has changed. The brick and mortar…….. Well done. *************The living experience ********* A different story. Between the constant cigarette smoke and the mismanagement around the pool, the overall experience drops hard. A place can look great on paper, but if management can’t protect the basic quality of life for residents, it misses the mark.

Lived here for several years. We were lied to multiple times during our tours, and our apartment has not lasted even 1 week without a maintenance issue since we’ve lived here. If you’re considering living here, please be aware that the cement factory directly behind the building creates 70-100+ decibel noise daily starting at 7:00 AM, and new construction in the neighborhood creates a shooting sound on Saturdays that goes above 100 decibels. Worst part about it? The new regional manager of kettler outright declined to hear about our negative experiences while we were advocating for accountability for the fact that our apartment has repeatedly flooded from above, chronic electrical problems, chronic plumbing problems, faulty appliances, and several months where the entire building smelled like sewage. The message from the regional manager was essentially “we hope you stay a tenant, but we don’t need to hear about your bad experiences to decline you a concession.” It’s such an incredibly disappointing experience living here, and the lack of managerial accountability for it is devastating. You’d think the beautiful amenities would redeem it, but unfortunately all summer the roof and pool space are overcrowded with people partying, openly doing drugs, and endangering children. As a social worker, I’ve repeatedly faced scenarios in this building that warrant calling police or calling CPS. You’d think paying almost $4000 per month would mean a safe community, but nope! If you decide to live here, please be aware that you will routinely encounter non-residents loitering throughout the building in community spaces. Both of us have been harassed and followed by non-residents loitering multiple times. Also, if you own a vehicle, the $300+ parking fee monthly will not protect your car. Our car was hit and vandalized twice while parked in the garage here. Please be aware that this is all just the tip of the iceberg. Before you move in, speak to actual residents. Spend time here during the day to hear the noise problems, and do not believe them when they tell you the cement plant is being decommissioned, it’s not.

I almost didn’t wanna leave a review only for the selfish reason I want to gatekeep it and I don’t want everyone moving here lol. But I truly enjoy The Verge. And I want to take this time to highlight our amazing leasing and concierge staff. Specifically, Miss Kayla in leasing and the concierges Jaquon, Jermaine and our newer concierge Ramone. I can name a multitude of occasions and examples for each person that has gone above And beyond for me as a tenant. Truly, they are part of the reason I greatly enjoy this building. Oh, there’s also a really cool girl who does overnight and I’ll update this review when I can remember her name but she’s the best too. But they each one different occasions, have been kind enough to call me if ever To reach me or check on me, Have gone out their way to bring things with my door when they notice it sitting Long, Have helped me with my zipper when I’m in a rush And so much more. I love when y’all get the hiring right. Such a great team at my building

Moving into VERGE has been such a smooth and genuinely welcoming experience. A special shoutout to Hannah, who made the entire move-in process incredibly easy. From the very beginning, she was organized, responsive, and made everything feel effortless — you can tell she truly cares about creating a great experience for residents. Also, the front desk team deserves recognition — especially Brenda. They’re consistently friendly, approachable, and always ready to help with anything that comes up. It makes a huge difference knowing there’s a team you can rely on every day. On top of that, I genuinely feel great living here. The building is modern, very well maintained, and has a true state-of-the-art feel to it. Overall, VERGE feels not just well-managed, but genuinely welcoming — and that comes down to the people.
