  I am not a resident. I am an applicant. The 5 stars are for the young lady in the office, Ms. Katrina. My first contact with her was over the phone. She was quite pleasant and professional. She answered my zillion questions and made the time for me to have a tour. Due to extenuating circumstances I could not keep the appointment. I went to the office to inform her of this. She was willing to do what she could, but time would not permit. She was just a warm if not more in person. Thank you for presenting such a warm reception.

  Very POOR MANAGEMENT! The rental office staff will put your application to the side for their family members. Don’t respond to no emails nor text. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPLEX

  Apartments are nice & very spacious! Extremely urban (ghetto) environment. A lot of problems in unit no ac sometimes all the doors have been rigged to not lock. Parking is almost never available. (Unless you are paying management under the table for bogus temp parking passes) Car break ins, apartments being walked into amazon packages opened/stolen & to top it all off the property manager Sheena is utterly useless. She has the property in a frenzy & is clueless. She is the sole reason I will not be renewing my lease. She breaks every rule possible for the residents she knows personally but a market paying resident such as myself gets unnecessary attitude. Not to mention someone was recently shot & killed in front of my building in broad daylight. I really miss Tom Gay. She was the prime example of what a property manager should be. Look elsewhere! Update: Property has gotten 10times worst since last update robberies stabbings and worst of all property is on its 3rd or 4th MURDER!! If u have children this is not a safe place. I have broken my lease for my family’s safety. You’ve been for warned.
