  Too expensive place to live in. This is in terms of what you pay and the quality & service you acually get: 1. Can only speak of Bldg C - the walls are to thin so you can actually hear if the one beside you or above you is using vacuum, doing laundry, or playing music 2. Valet trash are only 3x a week MWF - we pay monthly fees for this - garbage rooms is in a different building mind you. This is very incovenient. 3. No mats/ shoes/ umbrellas allowed outside your door due to cleanliness issues. Doesn't make sense, if it's in front of my door and not bothering someone, why? 4.coffee bar has no cups to use. They want residents to bring in their own mug because they say they are becoming eco-friendly 5.building manager and leasing office is always mentally absent. Anything you email to him or them wont be responded to, or if ever it was, it won't be recorded in their system. 6. Common laundry always full of lint, loaded with other peoples rugs or pet stuff. Gross! The only good thing in this building is their maintenance guy, David, and front desk Jaylen. Aside from those, stay away from this building.

  AC has been out for several months. Management refuses to do anything permanent about it.

  Wow! Where do I begin? Just before Thanksgiving I stumble into The Glover and that is where I met the INCOMPRABLE SHABORA MINSON.Did I mention that this timeline - 5+ months she has been working consistently and without complaining. I also have to mention the entire office staff’s commitment to give the best customer service experience. Thanks so much R.Flood

  A true hidden gem in the area - which is saying a lot because Georgetown, DC is full of them! From the location, to the charm of the building itself, to the amenities, to the people there; you really can’t beat living at The Glover House. A special shout-out to some of the individuals who make the building really feel like a home — Jalen, Blake, Charles, Theo, Danielle, Shabora, Jamar, and David. Thank you so much to all of you for the sincere kindness and warmth you share with every single resident; it really makes a world of a difference — thank you for making TGH home!

  I've really enjoyed my time here. The custodial staff cleans the common areas every day, the admin office is quick to respond to emails, and the maintenance personnel are very efficient in troubleshooting requests.
