  My experience with Kettler’s application process was extremely frustrating and disappointing. After submitting an application and paying the required fee, the screening process was never completed, yet the company refused to issue a refund once the application was effectively canceled. The process was further complicated by issues with their website. An apartment was initially presented as available, but by the time the applicant reached the final stages of the application, it suddenly showed as unavailable. This inconsistency created confusion and raised concerns about the reliability and accuracy of their system. Communication was also a significant problem. Kettler was very difficult to reach by phone, and obtaining clear or timely responses proved challenging. In addition, the applicant was asked to provide several documents that were not applicable to their situation, including items related to homeownership despite not owning their current residence. These requirements felt excessive and poorly tailored. Overall, the screening process appeared unnecessarily complicated and unreasonable—especially for an applicant with excellent credit, stable income, and a clean background. The experience felt disorganized, inconsistent, and lacking in transparency. Prospective applicants should proceed with caution because this was out and out ridiculous. Avoid Kettler Management company and this property in particular if you are looking for an easy and responsive process at all costs!!! EDIT: They will claim that people trying to protect their anonymity are not real applicants. This is not true! Believe the reviews.
