  This year, our family made the big decision to build a new home in Washington, DC after moving from overseas. Like many newcomers, we initially relied on a recommendation from Zillow and met with another realtor. The showing was professional, but something was missing—and that was the end of that story. Then destiny stepped in. We quite literally met Nicole on the street. We noticed a house for sale, walked up out of curiosity, and Nicole happened to be there showing it. From the very first conversation, there was an immediate sense of trust and connection. We talked, asked questions, and by the end of that spontaneous meeting, Nicole offered to send us a report with homes in the neighborhoods we liked. Just like that—no pressure, no expectations. It simply clicked. At the time, we had no idea how emotionally challenging the next two months would be for our family. Buying a home is never easy, but doing so after an international move, with a baby, made it especially intense. Throughout this process, Nicole became much more than a realtor. She somehow found the right balance between logic and empathy, helping both my husband and me stay grounded—even during moments when we struggled to do that ourselves. Nicole didn’t just find us the right houses; she always found the right words at the right time. What began as a search gradually turned into an adventure we shared together—our family, Nicole, and our little one included. She went above and beyond in ways we will never forget: playing with our baby while we toured homes, helping care for her, making sure we were comfortable, and even bringing us delicious treats along the way. She thoughtfully installed our baby’s car seat in her car, made every drive calm and pleasant, and somehow managed to make even the long days feel lighter (yes—she even let our daughter snack in the car!). In the end, Nicole helped us find the house—and the result is wonderful. But what we value most is the journey itself. It wasn’t easy, yet Nicole turned it into a meaningful, memorable experience filled with care, patience, and genuine human connection. Nicole is sensitive, diplomatic, and deeply intuitive, while also being highly professional, punctual, and strategically sharp. She understands the market exceptionally well and reacts quickly and thoughtfully in complex situations. Our family truly could not have asked for a better partner in such an important life decision. We will always remember this experience with warmth and gratitude—and we are so thankful that destiny led us to Nicole.

  Nicole Arslanagic helped us buy our first house! As a first time home buyer, we had A LOT of questions. Once we met Nicole, the whole process felt a lot less stressful. She did not pressure us, but was endlessly supportive in getting what we desired. Nicole was always responsive and was able to answer our questions. If she could not, she immediately put us in contact with someone who could get us answers. Her professionalism and expertise helped us every step of the way. We would recommend her to anyone buying in the area!

  Rashid Mohammed is an absolutely joy to work with. I have been in sales and customer service for over 20 years and what I experienced working with him is exceptional.
