Worked with Egypt in the office a very knowledgeable agent and works well with everyone who enters the office. I am very excited moving forward with my apt only because Egypt helped me the whole way a great agent they have in the office.

I’ve been at Loree Grand for 2 months now, and the experience has been wonderful from the start. Keith in maintenance is a wizard. I have never had faster or more professional maintenance work done in an apartment. When we first moved in, there were a few things we wanted fixed, and he handled all of them quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude. My sliding screen door is smooth as butter now. He is not only incredibly skilled, but also thoughtful enough to explain how the appliances work so we could get the most out of them. Every maintenance request we’ve submitted has been resolved incredibly fast. Egypt in the leasing office has also been amazing. She has had our back since day one. Even before we moved in, she guided us through the process and made sure we felt prepared and supported during the application. Since moving in, she always greets us with a smile, checks in on how things are going, and brings such a positive energy to the building. What really makes Loree Grand stand out is the people. Between the staff, the community, and the neighbors we’ve met, it has truly felt like a welcoming place to call home. We are so grateful for the team here and would absolutely recommend Loree Grand to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I had a very disappointing experience with a leasing agent named Egypt here. My daughter was questioned inappropriately about her housing voucher, and the agent seemed completely unaware of whether any units were even available—which is concerning for someone in that position. What really crossed the line was asking my daughter why she was moving, and specifically suggesting domestic violence. That is an extremely sensitive and personal matter, and it felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional to bring up—especially based on assumptions. I’ve also tried multiple times to speak with a manager and was repeatedly told they were unavailable. This lack of accountability only adds to the frustration. Overall, this experience felt disrespectful and potentially in violation of fair housing standards. I would not recommend this place based on how we were treated.

The only case I would recommend you apply to this building, is if you have an extra month of your life that you want to spend going through the most ridiculous experience, just to not get apartment you so desperately fought for. We have applied for an apartment on February 5th, exactly a month ago! From the beginning the leasing agent, Egypt, was lost in the sauce. We toured twice and in both cases have confirmed the income cut off for the unit in addition to confirming over email prior to any of our tours. She reassured us we were within the income requirements, so we applied. Through the application profile an extensive amount of documentation was uploaded, and then we had to wait for a week without any communication from Egypt. We have called, left messages, emailed, just to be left in radio silence. Then we receive an email ( I will attach it below for reference and testimony of Egypt’s professionalism) promising us approval soon and even outlining the deposit amount. More time passes and we receive an email stating that the apartment that we applied for apparently isn’t even in the category that Egypt has stated, and therefore we just can’t qualify. The apartment is listed in the category we applied for on the website, therefore I decide to head into the office to get some clarification as it’s IMPOSSIBLE to reach this person over the phone or email in a timely manner. I miss four hours of work, walk in just for Egypt to say to my face “Whoops, I have just peeped that it’s in a different category today.” Mind me at this point two weeks since application have passed. So I push back as the apartment is listed properly on the website, a different leasing agent steps in and actually clarifies that Egypt is wrong. We start working with the new leasing agent, she is more receptive. But once again we are forwarding the same documents already submitted and re-forwarded prior. We were trying to be patient and started looking into contacting regional corporate to see how the situation can be aided. After another week of calls and voice mails to corporate, ANOTHER (now third leasing agent) is assigned to the case. We once again have to reforward all the documentation as the file seemingly doesn’t have things we have sent three times at this point. We wait and wait and wait.. and then review more forms that require detailed explanations for our accounts including Venmo. I totally understand the concept of income compliance but at this point they are asking to explain a one time 5 dollar deposit between my partner and I. We fill everything out and return it within 15 minutes of getting it as time is of the essence at this point. Our move in date has passed by TWO WEEKS, resulting in us having to extend leases and endure another round of fees from our current residences. All of this and then we get rejected as the income is now apparently over the limit. Moral of the story : Paystubs forwarded 5 separate times Explanations of employment given three times 100 dollars spend on application feels 27 phone calls between the office and corporate phone calls Three dozen emails exchanged 1 month of life waisted Apartment not secured Word of advice to the office, please look into performance of your employees. This community caters towards people that rely on hourly income, and lack of your team’s accountability harms the underserved community. Moving is already stressful please do yourself a favor and avoid this community.

I’ve lived here 3 years and have seen 3 or 4 management companies so far. While there have been some good staff members and some cosmetic fixes, the core issues remain. There’s frequent cigarette smoke throughout multiple floors, recurring late-night noise (loud music/TV between 11pm–6am), and trash regularly left in elevators, stairwells, and the garage. All of those issues have been especially frequent in the last year. I’ve seen confrontations (yelling between unrelated residents) in the parking garage and once saw (and smelled) dog waste left in a hallway. Basic community standards and quiet hours don’t seem enforced. There were multiple, serious security incidents involving police a couple years ago that led to hiring overnight security, but I haven’t seen them lately. Emails to management go unanswered and utility charges (water/sewer/trash) have been triple what I was told to expect at move-in. I don’t mind an older building, but better management, enforcement, and responsiveness would make a huge difference.
