- SLSharma LaBrewMar 13, 20265.0It’s hard for me to rate what was once Huntwood apts. I grew up on the circle, 5002 apt 13, and it was really nice. I have to mention though, that was many years ago.

The leasing office has gone down the drain the phone number online and on the actual website NEVER EVER works they don’t pick up and the voicemail comes on ALL DAY, everyday. How are current and future residents supposed to reach the office. Impossible the complex is full of mice I wouldn’t recommend moving here for free and the mailboxes have been broken since JANUARY 2024 and residents have to go down to the post office to pickup mail. That’s ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. It’s May 2024 that’s 4 MONTHS residents have had to be inconvenienced. It’s absolutely NO excuse whatsoever as to why a management or apartment complex shouldn’t have ALL mailboxes fixed in 4 MONTHS that’s more than enough time and every time a resident ask it’s an excuse. After four months they should have ran out of excuses by now. The leasing office staff are rude, lazy and not helpful to the residents at all you can tell they all are “we are just here for a check” type of employees. Unacceptable I would recommend renting a box before renting a trash of a unit at this complex. If you like living with rodents (mice & roaches) move here and add them to your lease also because management don’t care and do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it to assist residents at all in any needs.
