  I live at Verge DC for a year. I want to stop and take the time to appreciate Brenda from the Concierge team. Once you enter the lobby,you will feel her pleasant and energy all over the building. She will stop and greet you with a beautiful smile no matter what she's doing. When I first met her the kinda welcome she give me was so peaceful. I looked at her and ask,are you new here,she say yes. Im like wow,I love your energy. This is what we need to see in this lobby and thank you for having a smile on your face.

  I just wanted to take a second to say I really appreciate the concierge team at the front desk at the 1800 Half Street DC building. Everyone is always welcoming and on top of things, especially with packages, and it never goes unnoticed. It’s always nice to be greeted when we walk through the door. It honestly makes a difference knowing there’s a solid team downstairs I can rely on. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed help figuring something out in the building, y’all have been patient and helpful. Great work shouldn’t go unnoticed, thank you for everything you do.

  I wanted to take the time to leave my feedback for Brenda at the front desk! She is always an amazing help, and very sweet to me and my guest! I really appreciate having her here in the community. Her smile brightens up the community, and we are very thankful for her! I want also acknowledge Talot and Joquan as well for being apart of the awesome front desk team, super helpful in making sure I get my packages, and answering my questions lol 😇 And a shoutout to Hannah, the lovely assistant manager who issued my keys on move in day very sweet, and the property manager Kayla for helping me with my move earlier this year! I strongly recommend the community if you are looking for a place to live in navy yard! And Stacey the regional manager has awesome leadership in making sure the property’s are performing at their best! Thank you verge team!

  The Verge is one the coolest, modern, and welcoming communities we have ever lived at. Truly impressed. The interior design is very contemporary and an exciting place to live. It has views of the Capital, Washington Monument, Thomas Jefferson Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, Fredrick Douglass Bridge, and even the Pentagon. What more could you ask for? Well, it also right next to Nat Stadium and Audi Stadium... Not only is the design and space fun, the staff is really strong, consistent, and friendly. From living here for a few months, we have had the chance to meet and communicate with the entire staff. Kayla, the property manager, is really organized and runs a tight ship! Hannah and Natasha are very friendly and always help with any needs. The maintenance team also has been very quick for any requests we have had! (We have only talked with William and Elmer from maintenance.. but they have helped with every request my wife has had.) Even the concierge team has been super welcoming every time we come home... Brenda, Kiara, Jermaine and Kyrie are always on top of it and there every time we are in the lobby.. which is very welcoming to see a familiar face when you come home and to monitor packages so nothing is stolen. Having a 24/7 concierge is really a game changer... and makes us feel safe knowing someone is always watching the property, even late at night. We recently moved to DC and we couldn't be happier with The Verge and the community here. The location is close to everything, the parking is very safe and secure, and the views are really hard to beat! Really glad we decided to move to this property.

  I want to take a moment to recognize Brenda from the concierge team. She is always such a joy to see and speak with. My wife and I truly appreciate how she handles our concerns with urgency and care. She consistently takes the time to answer our questions, and if she doesn’t have the answer right away, she makes sure to find it or directs us to the right person. Brenda has been incredibly helpful and professional, and her support does not go unnoticed.
