I love the Swift community. the concierge is chef’s kiss, leasing is amazing, and it’s the lounge nest for me! ☕️ The coffee on the M level is such a nice touch too. Shoutout to Victor in concierge (always helpful ) and Ashley in leasing. you two make Swift living top-tier! 💫 #LifeAtTheSwift

Used to be a nice place but has gone downhill significantly in the past year or two. Management does not enforce rules and is non responsive. there have been numerous issues with residents to the point we had armed security guards at entrances and had had to be escorted into the package room to prevent theft. Multiple issues with the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night usually due to Safeway. Would not recommend, there are better places in the neighborhood for the price. UPDATE - I have been up since 2:30AM on the phone for an emergency apartment flooding and have received no updates on when emergency maintenance will allegedly be here. Do NOT rent here.

The reason I am giving five stars because of Sheldon Limes was very friendly when coming in for a tour and he said become our family because we take great care of our tenants. Sheldon probably the reason why a lot of tenants move in because he seem like he really care about the tenants and future tenants. Keep up good the work Sheldon.

I am a current resident. I have been here at the Swift since 2016. I gave 2 stars because in the beginning everything was perfect. With the new changes in management, the lack of organization, recent string of neighborhood violence, and the fact that my Thanksgiving was ruined are reasons why I would not recommend this establishment. Let me first start by saying I loved this building and the amenities. We had so many resident events and my friends were very jealous. I would invite them to salsa class, sip and paints, football watch parties, and more. The staff was great, very friendly, and 100% on top of everything from work request to general building concerns. At some point in time a change in management occurred. I sent a request to use the activity room for 3 hours on Thanksgiving. No response. I emailed again. No response. 3rd time I replied to a mass email and finally got an answer with a confirmation that I reserved the space from 3-6. One week before Thanksgiving day my kitchen light went out. Upon putting in a request I found out that they needed to order a part which meant I would be cooking in the dark. So I woke up early and used lamps I purchased to be able to see while cooking. At 9am I received a call from the front desk saying there was a mix up and that the space had been double booked. They responded saying that unfortunately I would not be able to use the space. I went downstairs to show them my confirmation. Turns out another tenant reserved the space for 8 hours.....yes 8. The maximum time allowed is 4. So I asked how was this even possible and the concierge said she didn't know. They asked the other tenant if should could split the 8 hours with me and she no.... I am unsure why they even asked her. Her reservation was a violation of the rules that they established and instead of inconveniencing me they could have easily resolved this by splitting the time evenly. After all this was THEIR mistake not mine. So not only did I have to cook in the dark but I had no place to have dinner. I received no apology from the office. It took 2 months of cooking in the dark before my light was fixed. This was just the beginning of that lack or organization as the community board has not been updated with any reservations. How are you recording this? On paper?!?!?!?! The people at the desk refuse to wear masks. Staff have caught covid like 3 times. They sit in the lobby with personal guest which is super unprofessional. One day a lady was scream and stomping around in the lobby. An older lady walks in and asked does the lady live there and the concierge shook her head no.... We have had ZERO resident events since this change in management which is truly a wast of an amenities fee. They are not logging in all of the packages. On occasion I have to go downstairs and ask them to find my package because I know it was delivered. This is a huge issue since they found a tenant stealing packages in the middle of the night. Again, organization is VERY important. Now let's talk about this neighborhood. Prior to covid it wasn't bad. I felt safe and had no issues walking my dog as there was a homeless person here or there. Now I barely take my dog out. In the past 12 months there have been several shootings within a block or two. There are numerous drug addicts hanging around outside so you have to be careful. So, to sum all this up. I would not recommend you move here with the current manage company. Too many cons.
