All staff are responsive, caring, professional, available, warm. Maintenance is user friendly and very timely. Amenities such as pool, fitness center, bar, rooftop deck are state of the art. Very high walkability rating and mass transit out front. Nestled in green space to connect with the natural world. First class art deco building full of art and historical photos. I hope to spend my life here.

I’ve been living at the KW for a little over a month, and my experience so far has been great. The residents are friendly, and I’ve enjoyed getting to know my neighbors. The building is well-kept and settling in has been easy. Janae, my leasing consultant, was great to work with and made the process smooth and pleasant.

I always avoid to giving bad comments but just annoyed by their terrible service. I tried to book a tour online but the system kept having errors. Then I called the management office but the guy there is incredibly rude and yelled at me.

I had a wonderful experience living in a studio at the Kennedy Warren for two years. My apartment was beautiful; the staff were very responsive, warm, and friendly; many residents seemed to know each other and become friends; and the amenities were great, including the gym and rooftop. Highly recommend the building.
